We do not ask for your Medicare ID, Social Security number, banking information, detailed health history, or full date of birth on the guide request form. Please do not include sensitive information in website forms. The enrollment calculator uses your date of birth in your browser to calculate dates; it does not submit that date to our lead records.

Our website and hosting services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, and cookies or similar technologies, to operate the site, understand traffic, and maintain security.

We use encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls to help protect information submitted through the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide assistance, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. Some Medicare-related records may need to be retained for extended periods under applicable requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and the rules that apply; not every guide request has the same required retention period.
